@DanielManahan he is a lovely guy. care to rescue a turkey next thanksgiving from its fate as dinner? i have a friend in l.a who does that each year, brings two home, live from a meat market, gives them a bath, a blow dry, lets them hang out in her hollywood garden for a couple of weeks, then they become turkey ambassadors at a farm sanctuary for the rest of their lives. it's inspiring.
