  • ...am I the only person left that went to Chislehurst Caves and used to see ALL these great blues guys...not forgetting Alexis Korner...EVERY week....?..

  • never get bored of this album, simple love it.

  • I remeber my friends and i listen to this wonderfull reccord, after school.Magnificent!

And from the times when it all started;Cream,Colloseum,Jimi...Oh those wonderfull ol days....

  • Killer song

  • Hey, this is the first track of the album "A Hard Road", such a great record and Pete Greene very brave to take on the gig so soon after Clapton had left. Used to have this album when i was still at school, in the holidays I used to go and see this line-up playing at the Marquee club in Wardour St, London, then have to walk home after midnight cos the tube stopped early in those days. Music was so exciting then, never thought that would change! Thanks for the post, happy memories, Px :))

  • Love peter green, too. Don;t know why he doesn't get more credit,

  • Peter even painted the picture of the lads on the album cover. John Mayall hisself on slide on this one.

  • love this album, peter green magnificent, prefer him to clapton by a long way.

  • @DrHeadgear Same.

  • Felt like a good blues song was needed. John Mayall-that amazing man who set the greatest guitarists on their paths. Love this Peter Green version.

  • Why so few people like and listen this? This is magnificent!
