@aliciagwarmeg this is being recorded with my digital camera, it definitely losses quality that way. it sounds pretty good in real life. as good as the black id say. i have both
I also have both and the karen elson peach vinyl, the peach vinyl has the same sound problems, the only coloured vinyl's to come out of third man records that sounds up to the quality is the vault package 5 "DREAM CHILD" or any of the other blue/black LIVE AT THIRD MAN releases, Yesterday was the first time Tri-colour vinyls were available from ROUGH TRADE RECORDS ,LONDON, UK
I have all the Third man releases but refuse to buy in to the Tri-colours ANOTHER MONEY MAKER FOR MR WHITE
@aliciagwarmeg if you think about it third man makes no more money on tri colors than the regular black release they dont charge more for them, its the flippers on ebay who make the killings
@hermano1383 Ive talked to people who were successful in opening theres without damaging the outer 12" records but also i know people who have cracked them, it depends on how well yours is glued together and how gentle you are. i personally have not opened mine.

Do all of the 12" records have a secret song inside? or is it like a Willie Wonka thing?

the sound quality doesn't sound up to scratch if you pay £400< it should sound as good if not better than the black vinyl version ??

@hermano1383 The 12'' isn't broken. You split side a and b apart. So the record isn't broken, you just have two seperate sides.

i have a question, when you break this vinyl, theres a 7" vinyl inside, but, the 12" is broken, so you can't play it anymore, right?

@mikeyvinyl I dont think anything happens to the surface of the 12'' so it should still be playable..right? aha
