this looks shit compared to fifa11.. not the graphics, but the flow and movement realism is way behind fifa.. I better mention that Ive been a true PES fan before, starting back in the ISS-days.. I just had to turn in the end. Btw, I must recommend playing on 100% manual settings on FIFA. I have a feeling there will be more of you PES fans coming over, after mastering that setting.

@pilotfive well yah, but to me pes is a FUN game, it has a lot of freedom, but fifa is more of a simulator, so they are diffrent games, I don't compare any pes game(except for pes 2011) to fifa games.

is the game play speed on high cus everything is moving really fast. i have never played pes before but i like the way the play moves its very fluid, the thing i dont like is the display. the graphics are awsome and the attention to detail is way better than fifa for the players expressions and movements.

Fifa's game play doesn't have a midfield. There is no connection between attack and defense, so playmaking is something a 5 year old can do on FIFA. PES has difficult playmaking and defenders know how to close you down and its hard to get passed them.

Well...not actually ...I've been playing the game for a couple of days now and to be honest it's a lot slower than 2009 which was a lot slower than 2008. I don't know why it seems that fast in this video. Plus the fact that the player really sux doesn't really count as an epic fail for the game. I actually think this year Konami has hit the spot. I think that PES2010 is the best PES yet after PES 6

PES gameplay has always been better than FIFA, and this year is no different. Obviously fans from either camp have their required tastes. FIFA tho is getting there. this year is another big jump in the right direction, but gameplay-wise is still not quite there with PES. Often too big a gap between midfield and defence, and fullbacks pretty much just watch the attack even if you set them to attack.

FIFA is getting to the point where the gameplay is just about good enough tho.

as mentioned, the keeper is on manual. that's the player, not the AI. Well the 2nd goal was the AI, the other 2 of the first 3 goals Ive seen were manual keeper.

If you think that the gameplay is crap than you obviously are an idiot, a total fifa fanboy or have no clue about real football. I hope that the keepers in this video are on manual setting otherwise this is the end for Pes.

Game-play still looks very robotic and unnatural, as do player animations. The sound effects are awful, they sound like something from the Sega Mega drive days. The ball sounds more like a cardboard box being hit with a stick than a ball being kicked.

Players still shout what sounds like "fire in the hole" and the crowd chants are worse than Pes1 - shocking!

And I also hate the fact that shooting has become so easy. People were complaining about the fact that the screamers were gone . I dont know about y'all but for it was possible to score screamers. Screamers were possible in PES 2009 ! It just required a lot of practice. Now you just have to press the shooting button and you cause a lot of danger. Too bad, too bad. Except for those two things the game is decent and i still prefer this game. But PES isn't entirley back in my eyes.

As for the goalkeeper mistakes, it's manual keeper. For some reason Konami have made it L1+R3. Hopefully they see sense and move it back to L1 + triangle asap.
