I think we just don't have to put everything off for too long. While we can't do everything we so desire in one instant, we can check off certain things off our list as we live.
Don't sacrifice today ... much like my dad. He worked the family farm when he would have rather been doing carpentry. When he finally stopped farming, he went to carpentry and was happier than ever at the age of 65. At 71, he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer ... and he's still with us doing fine. There is always hope for making the most of our days no matter how old we are.
I Feel your post speak to the fact that we all feel we are owed a tomrrow. But infact we are NOT! even owed today. The thing I do know we all have an expiration date.

I plan trips and cruises on a yearly (or more) basis plus my regular vacation. Why wait, enjoy life while you can.
Perhaps you should consider doing a vlog where you interview a senior citizen. This video is similar to an earlier video where you talk about an elderly woman in line at the post office. In both, you first pity an older person and then make a moralization about that person.

You got to sacrifice today for a better tomorrow (like the old man), work out, eat your veggies, and hope to beat cancer.

It is the classic saying of "Live every day like it is the last" Although some may think this frivolous it really is all we can do. Tomorrow is not promised to anyone. This vid makes me remember when my sister, who was HIV positive, was ill. I spent every minute I could with her. I tried my best to make the best of a bad situation, so I bought her some stationery and envelope and told her to write letters to everyone she wanted to and I would give them after she passed.
It was hard talking so frankly to her about the impending situation, but I also told her this much, and it did help, although I didn't know what else to say, I told her that in some ways she is fortunate. She knows when she is going to pass (I mean approximately) that she had a great advantage, she could tell people all the things she ever wanted to say, I told her that I have no Idea when I'm going, that I could leave her and get hit by a bus. As crazy as this sounds. She understood.
I think you have to not look for everything to be a message from the universe. Your work out buddies cancer is a tragedy, but it's a common one. We all die and many do die earlier than others. Maybe you can take the message of embracing your own mortality, but it's his death. Also I am thankful for you ad your videos! :) Hope you enjoyed your holiday.

@dujanahbhatti He said in a previous video that he never did a video with his boyfriend because he hasnt came out yet and he's not going to force him to do that by showing him in a video.
