This song is Ozzys version of "I'm So Tired" by The Beatles.

Just like how he did his own version of "In My Life" by The Beatles.

Although in this song. You can tell he changed a lot of the lyrics and instruments. But the melody is exactly the same as The Beatles version. Check it out if you don't believe me.
