I think it's personal choice. I personally prefer grid, but thats because healbot can be buggy. Healbot is just click - heal, grid, click + button push, or if you are using it with clique, just click. In which case, go with grid if you are using clique too.

Dude I want that UI...I use Bartender and that's great to get the buttons down, but the Character Frames and then the Minimap is epic!

Awesome vid dude, I love your UI! What are you using for your minimap and your character unit frames? And how do you hide the party char portraits, or is it an option in that addon?

Pitbull is the char unit frames, and also hide portraits if I remember. Quartz Timers for the casting bar and some other stuff, I think grid for the raiding frames, not sure on the last one
