dude, swat only wears black on missions and they only wear camo patterns sometimes during training. as JrFOXHound said, they use blue only in the movie SWAT because all officers in LA wear that shade of blue. trust me when i say straight black is the norm. also, no elbow pads and the vest used is the raven vest

SWAT wears whatever they want, and it all depends on your location. In Nashville, the wear what in rsv2 would be a taclical helmet, but again, its only relevant to your location. Good job.

cc2 means custom camo 2, you can make 3 custom camos and b4 is a part of the camo which is the color, you can choose 4 colors and B4 is one color of the custom camo

for example: custom camo 2 exists of the colors B1,F2,E3 and A4
