Ohio State Record Koi?

I saw a koi once in the Cuyahoga River. It was all white exceot the head which was orange. It was BIG . I bet around 20 lbs. I wonder if the interbreed with carp?

those things are awful if allowed to get into water systems, they grow fast, eat fast, & live very long.

I would have bought that from you for like $100.00 I worked at a koi breeder place once. We had koi like that in rare conditions, they ran for around $2,500.00 and were gone before the shop got them in. This dark red color would resemble quality, one exactly like this with the butterfly fins was sold last year for around, at that place $7,368.00 i was at the action.
