Oh hey! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some super things about it and my sister got detailed Six pack abs and lost a ton of belly fat with it.
Reallly good workout vid. I've been lookong for new excercises and now i have some. Im surprised this doesn't have more views it is by far the best workout vid for abdominals on youtube that i've seen.
To be honest I don't see the point in doing all these exercises. I have well defined strong abs which I have achieved only by doing regular sit-ups and leg raises. In my experience a lot of people focus to much on finding the ultimate routine rather than actually training.
@ringhede92 the reason there are so many exercises is to confuse your muscles. its not about finding the "ultimate routine" its about muscle confusion. doing only situps and crunches doesnt attack all sections of your abdominals as well as other exercises not to mention after a while those two exercises wont be as effective as they were when you first started doing them. which is exactly why you need all these exercises so when your body gets used to sit ups and leg raises you can still getgains
Continuing!!! As I said, great exercises, has plenty of build up as well that will make people try something different each time and it will allow the body to second guess itself making the plateau plague become less frequent. Only thing that bothers me about Ab workout is people's misconception of "If you just do core exercises you will get thinner" when in actuality you need that "cardio workout" to co-exist with the ab workout.
The Kneeling Cable Crunch makes me think of Good Mornings, however instead of targeting the lower back it's the abs. I like these kinds of exercises because it gives out a plethora of what one can do, and states it is best to choose two, or three for each segment. It makes me think of Steve Cotter's videos on exercises. Awesome job with the description. I like how you also give alternatives as well if someone cannot perform something. Interesting Ap at the end, and cool music.
This rutine is awesome and painfull.... thanks bro for the video
