I don't understand how anyone could like this, they mispronounce everything, there's little or no emotion in the dialogue, the scripts seems very rushed and poorly written, trunks sounds like a 40 year old man, frieza sounds like a chainsmoking grandma, vegeta's ok I guess. It started out good, but got worse over time. anything is better than big green dub though.

Technically, this Cell should have never had the chance of getting Trunks' cells because in the timeline from whence this Cell came from, no time travel occurred. Androids came and killed everyone, meaning no Trunks ever appeared.

They kinda made a mistake with Cell's explanation, not just in the dub, but I believe the Japanese version as well. This is due to the simple the fact the there was no Future Trunks in the timeline Cell came from. In fact he shouldn't have even known that Trunks killed Frieza in the current timeline because he was burrowed underground at the time.

I dont wana go into an argument but he was talking abt the computer... its possible he knows this becuase the computer embeded the images of the fights into his membrane. He came from the future through trunks time machine, then burrowed underground, remember? so he knew trunks would be there since he killed trunks in hte past(future) and was able to complete his transformation thanks to Trunks (time machine) traveling back and forth so Trunks helped Cell in a way.
