Britain has always had an "Alcohol Culture" The reason why there is lots of Binge Drinking today is becuese People have more money in there pockets, Alcohol is cheaper, the LABOUR government brought in 24 Hour Drinking, and there is an attitude such as "I can drink much more than you, therfore i am better than you"
Mr Donaldson, there is absolutly nothing wrong with Teenagers having a sip of Alcohol, I dont know where you are getting your evidence from I am British and when i was growing up every family with teenaged children i knew had a relaxed view towards Alcohol i know none of those people now that Drink any more than the average Brit, some drink much less.
How do you propose "Changing the Culture" and attitude to Drink?.
NO LIAM, the problem lays with the government!...Of course the children are out on the piss!!!...Un-be-known to the kids, they are having some sort of "fun", before you lot get their grubby little hands on them, and make killers outta them!

Once they were trying to encourage us to do as the French do, giving watered-down wine to our kids. Now we DO that they say it is wrong!
