By doing that with a bus in the right place on the swing you can make the bus hover in the sky and sometimes fly!

I like to spawn a boat between the swingset and the fence, then quickly get into the boat. It's much more humorous to be flying around in a boat. Double points if you land in the water and can just keep moving.

@Mrfuzzypants1 Yeah, you can. There are several swingsets throughout the city that you can use. The best one I think is the northern one in Alderney. No tall buildings in the way and you can easily launch very very far.
