how is this mobility with this vest? is it closer to a plate carrier or a barebones-type chest rig? seems like it would give a decent range of motion

it is great, but i feel mine slips up my body and the right buckle shattered on me when shot. I would rather have a plate carrier but if you do not have money for one, this is perfect- well almost. Great Review!
