@YoungBlood4918 No. The original recording on Louder Now was Fred. This live recording is Fazzi. They haven't released anything new with Nolan yet.

@zachhh182 Eh. There are a couple realllyyyy good songs on New Again. Lonely Lonely... Everything Must Go... Swing... Carpathia. Definitely quality songs in my opinion. But Fazzi in general didn't sing much at all. Where You Want To Be is my favorite album thus far.

Look, Rubano was the best bassist. Shaun was nowhere close.

Fred was the best theory guitarist, look closely into Where You Want To Be.

Fazzi just slipped into Freds shoes and did his role quite well.

I prefer Fred because he took TBS to another level. John was just okay.

@TheFridayDrive John was "just okay"? Maybe you are right where theory and technicality are concerned, however, that means nothing if the artistic integrity isn't there. That is a category where John will always be light years ahead of any other member in this band.

To be fair out of the whole fazzi, fred, john argument.

Fazzi is the best musician (best at music the subject).

Fred was best for TBS.

And john is 1 of the originals (first album).

But Fazzi and Rubano are the people that had the biggest classical influence on the band so I think that they had a huge part in this 'live in orensanz' album. :)

I think he left because the whole band write songs. He wanted to be the sole song writer, but I mean every member of TBS has written amazing songs.

Fred just couldn't deal with that...

@looking4ward152 Agreed, that Fazzi is the best musician. I love Fazzi, but I don't think TBS was the right project for him. Fred definitely helped the band evolve. He was a good songwriter and decent musician, but I'm gonna say that John is and always has been the best fit for the band. Then again, that's just my personal opinion--I prefer the sound TBS has had with him over that of the other guys.
