This is great advice for new docs. My doctors never go over the orders they wrote. They always write them and then run away. When I ask the nurse what the doctor said , she always says: "I dont know, the doctor left, I need to check the chart." I know they are busy, but like you said, it is important for the doctors to have communication with the nurses. 100% of the doctors I know make this mistake. thanks for the video.
