  • Hello I luv ur work and I like to use cernit but it is always hard whitch is givin wen using cernit but I always had to just work it for a minute whitch gets my hand cramped u got any secrets to help me get it softer faster

  • @eddie2000ad I'm a rock climber so I'm used to work with my hands haha, but yes, cernit is often very hard but you just need to work with it for a while even if you cramp :)

  • @petfan1202 I use cernit here, and it's some sort of polymer clay. ofcourse you can use sculpey and fimo as well. I just prefer cernit :)

  • @DrDoodicles if you mix it up real well both colors will mix for an example if you get red in you white don't throw it away just keep on rolling it around in your hands and stuff then it will turn pink after a while!

  • @BionicleFreek99 The clay will stay soft for a long long time, but if you haven't put the clay in containers it will get kinda hard to work with after a week or so :)

  • @frogboyokelley Oh, thanks! Ye, it's the same clay, just different colours. When it's baked it sometimes gets a darker look. darkbrown, darkgreen and darkblue will turn out much darker in the oven.

  • I use regular hobby varnish, the one you spray on. If you find your clay in a store, look around and ask for hobby/wood glaze/varnish.

    Jag glömde nämna en sak angående din kommentar på den sittande figuren: Om du tar en vanlig platt ugnsplåt placerar du bara gubben på kanten. Våran ugnslucka är såpass långt ut från själva plåten att gubben aldrig kläms :)
