Liko Kenney murdered Bruce McKay. There is no if's, and's, or but's. The officer was stopping him for a traffic violation, he resisted, was forced to a parkinglot where he was going to be immediately arrested. Instead, Kenney decided to take the life of the officer for doing his job. I sympathize with Kenney's, McKay's, and Floyd's families and the law professors shaking their heads at this Chris King character. This officer was not the monster that he's being made out to be.
It doesn't matter who the fuck Kenney was, it doesn't matter who the fuck McKay was. How could anyone so heartlessly, and with complete disregard for human life empty the magazine of a gun into someone else with the intent to kill, and then callously run over the body with a car? In my opinion Kenney got no less than the justice he deserved.

There are proper ways to deal with a problem cop who is allegedly harassing people. Gunning him down (shooting him in the back after a pursuit) and running over his body doesn't really earn him any brownie points in my books. He may have been "a nice guy", but he had a gun (any word on if it was legal/legit?), and committed murder, plain and simple.

Officer McKay was simply doing his job, while Liko was simply a little prick that thought he was above the law. In the previous situations Liko got himself into with Officer McKay, Liko simply would not follow simple orders from a law enforcement officer (McKay) and was dealt with quite respectfully by Officer McKay and other officers. Liko was wrong in all the previous interactions with McKay and was wrong again when you committed capital murder, by killing Officer McKay.
On a lot of the videos that chronicle the conflict between Liko and McKay, if you post something, it says "comment pending approval" and they will only post your comment if you say something negative about Liko or something positive about McKay the cop. I guess it makes since that those who support this POS cop also are anti free speech.

Only three weeks earlier, McKay had hung an "Officer Safety Notice" inside the Franconia police department. It explained that Kenney, someone known to law enforcement in the Franconia area, had been convicted of assaulting a cousin and his grandmother. The notice went on to warn the police that Kenney had essentially threatened witnesses if they testified against him.

The officer was stopping him for a traffic violation, he resisted, was forced to a parkinglot where he was going to be immediately arrested. Instead, Kenney decided to take the life of the officer for doing his job. I sympathize with Kenney's, McKay's, and Floyd's families and the law professors shaking their heads at this Chris King character. This officer was not the monster that he's being made out to be.

@DeathByConfession it was an unfortunate situation from the get go, but I blame officer McKay for this mess. He was in a position of power and imo overused in in lots of occasions. One of them was the pepper spray moment; the spray is used to subdue ie spray then take the guy into custody handcuff etc ,and only when normal redress has failed. He sprayed out of spite and just walked away. Kenney was a man who felt that his rights and dignity were all but wiped out.

There are proper ways to deal with a problem cop who is allegedly harassing people. Gunning him down (shooting him in the back after a pursuit) and running over his body doesn't really earn him any brownie points in my books. He may have been "a nice guy", but he had a gun (any word on if it was legal/legit?), and committed murder, plain and simple.
Murderers are traditionally not good people, and I feel this is no exception.

In the previous situations Liko got himself into with Officer McKay, Liko simply would not follow simple orders from a law enforcement officer (McKay) and was dealt with quite respectfully by Officer McKay and other officers. Liko was wrong in all the previous interactions with McKay and was wrong again when you committed capital murder, by killing Officer McKay.

1. Mckay knew there had been previous issues with Kenny Solution: Back up I don't care if someone off duty needed to be called in it what they do in any other department, I live in a town with ONE officer on duty at a time, if help is needed someone else comes in to assist.

@Franconia511 Mckay pepper sprayed Kenney for 2 reasons. 1. to impair him so he could not continue fleeing in his vehicle, 2. to impair him so he's think twice about another "wrestling match" like their first encounter (which was completely Kenney's fault look for it on youtube) McKay then walks back towards his patrol car to await backup when Kenney unleashed 7 shots from a .45 caliber handgun. Pepper spray does not equate deadly force. My regret is the AHole Kenney did not survive for prison

Liko Kenney died for being a very retarded threat. If he had simply complied with U.S. law he might have been given a ticket and sent on his way, but no! He seemed bipolar, and given the patience that McKay gave him during the first traffic stop. I blame the family for ignoring Liko's obvious problem. Only three weeks earlier, McKay had hung an "Officer Safety Notice" inside the Franconia police department. It explained that Kenney, someone known to law enforcement in the Franconia area, had been convicted of assaulting a cousin and his grandmother. The notice went on to warn the police that Kenney had essentially threatened witnesses if they testified against him.
