Make sure you have the .dll-file for Guitar Rig in the same VST-folder you use for Ableton (or change the VST-folder for Ableton Live, a quick search in google should tell you how to do it if you don't know).
Then you open the plug-in-folder in Ableton, and drag the Guitar Rig-effect plug-in to your audio-track(s).
If the Traktor's 12-effects aren't showing up in the Live Guitar Rig-effect, make sure you haven't used an older dll-file for GR

@Funmichi it's working as a plugin in ableton live. guitar rig is applied and the the presets can be selected within the plugin.
