Steroids can't turn an ordinary guy into an all star slugger. There needs to be an incredible amount of base talent before using steroids in order to have a legendary hitter like arod and the other 7/10 guys leading the way for most home runs all time. I'm fine with it if they want to destroy their bodies, but just let everyone do it in large amounts and have mandatory brawls periodically during the games.

although A-Rod is a great player he doesn't deserve his name to be put with all time greats like mays and ruth who did it all natural in a time where hitting was harder because they didn't have the same technology. They didn't have the bat technology, weight equipment, and video to study the pitchers tendencies and stuff. there probably wasn't even as intense scouting of pitchers that there is nowadays to give hitters the upper hand. At the least there has to be an asterisk next to his name.
