this was 1989 i remember it crystal clear, i was 12, she was the queen of TOTP then, everyone watched to see kylie's dance routines, be honest who used to copy the dance routines with their friends
Kylie darling, I love this song....what I especailly like about this clip is your very hot blonde dancer.... ive always like him. Can we please have a wouldnt change a thing reunion. Give him a come back out of back up dancing retirement. He must be in his 40s now. Men in the 40s can still be hot. Please!
At the time i only remember the official music video for this song!! so brilliant and catchy a big kylie fan!! Go kylie for 2010 new studio album, can't wait!!!
I love this Kylie track. It was the second time she was robbed of entering the UK chart at No.1 IShe would have been the first female artist to achieve this....If anyone's wondering it was Jivebunny that deprived her! :-(
I was 15 when this record came out and I remember it well. I know some people take the mick out of her early stuff but when I listen to this it just makes me remember how great and catchy songs were back then. They just seemed more simple and easy to listen to and it was such a fun time for pop. I know some teenagers will be thinking Yeah right, whatever etc, but unles you're actually old enough to remember these times you won't really know what I mean. Honestly, they were fun.
I'll go on top of this and add that I am from the US and visited Europe at this time and even then you all were still having fun with these songs and we (the US) had already started the downfall into "not so fun" pop music. They say things are cyclical so hopefully we will go back to this type of simple, no strings attached, pop music. Cheers Europe. You all will lead the way to this.
I was 6 in Summer 1989 and love this type of music. Im a huge kylie fan and love her PWL stuff. In fact I love PWL period its fun pop. 98% of Modern music is rubbish you cant sing or dance to it. Its all rap. I love Kylie's new stuff as its easy to sing to as is Girls Aloud.
Same here. I'm not a fan at all of Kylie but of all the records she's done over the last 20 odd years this song just kicks arse. It's just the chorus, it's so catchy.
Oh the memories,lol!
