Africans MUST repair Africa! Outside aid has NEVER had a positive long-term effect. Exactly the opposite: outside aid whether from the UN or the USA, it simply doesn't have a health impact.

No matter how well meaning, the end result is a child looking for an adult for an allowance or direction.

To that lady that called. Africans in Africa have been killing each other way before bush got into office. There has been one tribal war after another before Bush. So an Obama presidency wont change that. What Obama will do is to keep doling out more "AID" money to Africa just as Cilnton and Bush did, to keep the tribal cheiftons in check. This foreign aid money dont NOT help Africa in anyway. Foreign aid period should NOT even exist because most of the American people are against it.
