What a knob. I'm "running" my first ever marathon this year - got a mixture of excitiment and dread! Video definitely helped, so thanks. See you all there. As for ms4pk's comment - I'm sure it's probably something to do with lack of penis size.
Ultra and marathons are a different ball game - as you prob know...I do both. A marathon requires different levels of glucose than an ultra and is normally faster...a diffeint ball game...But both demand respect.
disappointing to learn on Dispatches tonight that the London Marathon has only paid out £1 in every £6 it has raised.

Our Vicar 'Howard Pask' is running for the first time this year, for The Menigitis Trust.
We are all 110% behind him. and wish him luck.
He has trained so hard.
