The sting is the best part of this theme.

This theme is very fitting for the cliffhangers in Kinda,Earthshock,Planet of Fire,rebirth of the daleks and it is extremly fitting for the first cliffhanger of Warriors of the deep and perfectly fittying for the cliffhangers in Caves of Androzani.

I remember liking this a lot--when I played the "Doctor Who" pinball machine in the early 90s, they used a version of this for the music.

Peter Davison's era (repeats thereof) was when I first really started watching Doctor Who, so this version of the theme'll always have a special place in my heart, lol
