To be clear, this song was plagurizing another song called Heart of the Creator, so this song (and the four other songs by the artist) were eventually taken off the album, which is a shame, the other four were good songs.

i just checked Heart Of the Creator by draggor, and yes, its basically the same song, but it´s only a MIDI, while this is a fully orchestrated version. therefore, its a COVER, but definitely no plagiarism.
