She performs exceptionally well. This song featured as a devotional mood. Dr. K.J. Yesudas is much better only in 1980's Ayyappa Devetional Songs. Indeed those were increadable however, his Sri Krishna devotinal songs were not captivating enough. He rather tried to include some complicated notes from Karnatic Music and impliment on it and made more complex songs rather than put it in a convincing as well as simple. I think devotional songs must be in a simple, touching and effective too.
