Brilliant song, brilliant rendition by Chitra........and brilliant formatting guys.......by the way do you have the same song sung by some other male singer from the TV program of Sri Guruvayoorappan? That has a slightly different melody but just as briiliant as ths one.
She performs exceptionally well. This song featured as a devotional mood. Dr. K.J. Yesudas is much better only in 1980's Ayyappa Devetional Songs. Indeed those were increadable however, his Sri Krishna devotinal songs were not captivating enough. He rather tried to include some complicated notes from Karnatic Music and impliment on it and made more complex songs rather than put it in a convincing as well as simple. I think devotional songs must be in a simple, touching and effective too.
Hi, I am looking for a song made by supposedely Yesudas but the version I heard in the backwaters in alleppey was sung by a female, 10 times better than the one sung by Yesudas. Can somebody help ? Thanks ! Write to my email for response.

I have been searching for "Bhaja Govindam" sung by Yesudas for the past years. Can't find it anywhere. Was the best rendering I ever heard, with Dasettan's exquisite diction and feel. Now I have started thinking that it was just my fantasy. If someone has it, please upload.
To teach Samba a lesson, Narada told Krsna that all of Krsna's sixteen thousand wives were in love with Samba. Samba (Krsna's son) was summoned, and the women, whose minds were blurred by wine, showed unmistakable signs of passion when Samba appeared. Furious, Krsna cursed them to be carried off by barbarians after his death, and he cursed Samba to be afflicted with leprosy. Samba Purana 3:6-55; Bhavisya Purana 1:72-73.

I was serching for this song to hear. When we hear this song we can feel the presence of Lord Krishan with you. By posting this here you have done a great job to all devotees around the world. Actually this is called 'bhagavat seva'. Let the Lord Krishna shower his blessing on all of us without any 'delay'

Meaning:
Why the delay in showing kindness, Lord Krishna,
I worship your feet with my folded palms.
Granting the desires of devotees who seek asylum in you,
You rest in Guruvayoor, oh Lord, remover of all sorrows.
I have learned from the Sages who have extolled your exploits
That you, Hari, emerald like handsome Lord,
Are the refuge for the teeming humanity
Who live on the surf of the great ocean of suffering called life.

Good music & video. The singer has a very nice voice and sings well too.
One minor thing though, it is "Karuna cheyvaan ***endu*** thaamasam" not "nindu thamasam" as shown in the first few seconds of the video.
