Lurs, Kurds, Persians are all closely related from the same family. They were Aryans tribes which gave their name to IRAN. Medes and Persians were so interrelated that it is difficult to determine any meaninful historical difference between them. Todays Lurs consider themselves more Iranian than Persians!
