  • i managed to get a rom of it onto my r4 card. it works but goes straight to the self checker tests and reboots its self at the end and does the same thing. Apparently i'm supposed to press start+select as the rom boots up but that doesnt do anything. what are u supposed to press when the rom is booting up?

  • @pikakai As soon as you start the rom up, that is when you hold Start + Select. It should work without a hitch. Make sure you're not holding it down when you turn the DS on, but only after you start up the rom.

  • Where did you find these?

  • 4:00 it may be a wireless point chip or something along those lines.

  • This looks like there are very early super Mario 64 x4 ports in there. Great find i paused it at the right time and i found some important history from the SM64X4 development. One Frame looks like he has sunshine textures, in another frame it looks like he has a very bad quality texture.

and the trees look really round.

The location hes in i have no idea? where that is?! looks like a location from sunshine or a test location, because behind him is like Mt. Fuji.

PLEASE SEE IF YOU CAN PLAY THAT!

  • I believe the "nintendo zone" card may put a ds into a server mode for the nintendo zone services. Where did you pick up these awesome items?

  • @EmperorMorbid I think so too, the only problem I have is that the few of these Nintendo Zone chips I have just won't show up in the DS. I think it might only work with a specific type of hardware or something.

  • Cool. They have Mario Kart 64 Music!

  • Awesome thank you for showing what this card can also you are going to dump it right?

  • @MaskOfBrutality At the momeny, I haven't dumped the ROM for it and I still haven't gotten in my PassKey, so I might not get the chance to.

  • Featured on Gamesniped!

  • @GnamSpot Thanks for the heads up. :)

  • Wth ? So if I understand correctly, theses are official dev carts or whatever and they destroyed the pins so no-one could use them again ? Weird !

If you have the tools for it, you should definitely dump theses cart!

  • @LunaVorax Yeah, I have quite a few to work on, some of them I know I can fix. A couple say " DS Data Write " on the chips and they are of different color * Yellow cart, white cart ".

    Pretty interesting stuff.

  • So jealous, would you sell one of those?

  • @seemoremacstuff I will be selling this one here once I dump it, it will be listed on eBay for auction.

  • @X0LiftedUp0X cool, when you do can you give me the link! so perhaps I could purchase it.

  • @seemoremacstuff I updated the description with the link for the auction, it goes live today. :)
