I truly appreciate the update and explanation given on your unit. But i'm puzzled about the MPG. Has something else gone awry in the fuel delivery system? Perhaps the O2 sensor last is acting up. Is it in closed mode after 5 minutes of running? What's your take on your low percentage of MPG?
I can't believe your only getting a 2MPG increase? Is not 1/2 of the people on youtube reporting averages of 10MPG increase? Thats usually on a 4 cylinder engine, but still. 3LPM + truck should be 50% increase I would think.
a lot of people that claim to nearly double their mileage do a lot of fuel saving techniques at once. like getting the car in perfect working order, and making your driving habits much less aggressive. Those two things alone can improve your mileage several (5-15)mpg depending on the cars previous condition, and how you used to drive.
Hi. I would like to know more about the final results on this vehicle. Such as: (1) increase in mpg and (2) modifications to afr and maf sensors. I have an 02 Tacoma and am working on a hho system on it. Please provide info or a follow up video. Tks :)
Hey Everyone ive been working on my cell for sometime now but im getting alot of people tell me it will damage my engine whats the truth to this and if anyone has any information about the effects to the engine, it would be realy good if you could leave a link or something. Thanks PS love the work your doing keep it up fossil Fuel :)
I built a cell out of a paint bucket and some stainless steel sink-drain screens, and I was having the same problems with it drawing too much amperes. I am not an engineer, so I had to ask someone to help me get the current down to a constant 30 amps. He advised me to get a RHEOSTAT. I have not tried that yet, but I wanted to ask you if you had thought of this yet. Thanks ZERO!
Rheostat is just a fancy word for a high power variable resistor. Tremendously inefficient as any power not delivered to the cell is dissipated in the form of heat. PWM's are the way to go.
Search the web for Chemelec. He just released a PC board foil etch pattern for my new current limiting PWM.
This is where a nice junker vehicle comes in handy. If you are to get another car make sure it is before 1995 because the likeliness of a car before then having an ECU is highly unlikely. An ECU actually works against what your trying to accomplish due to the oxygen sensors as I explained in a previous video.
Have you considered running a high amp alternator, and splitting the ling between a few cells? If you were getting 3V over 4 cells (12V total) with a single trap, and running a 100 amp alternator... you could theoretically get the 10LPM now.
If you want to increase gas mileage significantly... you'll need a TON more hydrogen pressure than what you're getting out of a single cell. Try using a cell cluster with a single trap. (4-6 cells surrounding your trap) You're probably only getting about 1 LPM, you'll need about 10x that to get real change in gas mileage.
The # system pertains to OU experiments only. There are 90 or so videos but not all are related so they're just tossed in. Sorry if that causes any confusion.
Hmmmmm... All those gadgets on your cell, but the Sid cell still tops it. Well, just wait til ya see the new 8" get into action! Seems to me that a swimmer will have a definite disadvantage almost always. PWM-less Sid cell and all. There is a "secret advantage" that I have discovered. It pertains to the (transmission interrupted, sorry for the inconvenience, we promise to have it fixed soon)
would it be possible to pump the HHO from the cell to a holding tank, so you could build up the pressure, and the amount of HHO available, then start your engine once you have enough HHO available? i know that would drain the car battery, but you could have a battery that gets drained for the inicial build up of HHO, then once the car is started it would get its power from the car battery, that way you could recharge the seprate battery at home, and the altanator will recharge the car battery!
A suggestion for washers.... I'm using a nylon washer, the kind that you get from home depot, that one use inside a tap. The sealing washer I guess.... they are nice and very durable.
In reviewing the Stan Meyers HFC (Hydrogen Fuel Cell) I've noticed that he injects three high frequency pulses during the time when the PWM is conducting. I believe these high frequency pulses (which might be aprox. 10Mhz but only a guess) Are you going to try and attempt to do the same thing?
you vehicles computer is adjusting itself to your cell .

If you keep up the work, you just might.

Just wondering if you thought of thermal insulation to keep heat in?

Hey there ZeroFossilFuel,
Have you made any modifications to the ecu, MAP and or O2 sensors? You will need to in order to increase your mileage using your device.

You'd be surprised. We can turn just about anything in our favor. Just takes a little ingenuity.

Sweet, Zero. I'll be waiting.

ABSOLUTELY!!! Just can't modify the company lease vehicle that radically and I don't drive much else. So I'm kinda stuck.

I'm getting 3+ LPM and experiments are underway that hopefully will double that amount with no increase in energy consumed to drive the cell.

Thanks.. I can't wait to see what you come up with next.I should have my cell up and going this week and maybe get some number's for you.
Great Work

one other thing.. what the resistence on your water salution?? ohms rating.. that will help determin how many amps can be drawn from engery source...
nessfer81 3 years ago
i was also thinking of useing a small oil red. for cooling system for hho cell. also will ad more water volume..

why not use an old air conditioner pump that may be already on the car, instend of pumpin freeon, it would pumpd hho..??
