I don't quite understand why they decided to change "Grosvenor's Square" to "Rub-a-dub Square", but people have been taking creative license with songs for as long as there's been music. Overall, I think that this is a fairly respectful treatment of a song the guys from Sublime obviously liked well enough to record and put on an album--perhaps opening a whole new group of listeners to The Dead that may have never considered them before.
