i have lupus.i use plaquenil for about 30 months it also affect my vision at present my opthalmology detemine that cataract was started in my both eyes,this past few months i failled to take plaquenil for about 20 days then after,if i have enough money i use to buy plaquenil .it always happend.what does it cause?
i had to discontinue plaquenil after 1 month because my body broke out in an itchy rash. It only went away after discontinuing the plaquenil for a week.
