The Khmer Rouge killed roughly 1/3 of teh people in Cambodia (a million people). I don't think there's been any accounting of how many people the Vietnamese Comunists have murdered, or sent to their deaths as they died fleeing the country.

All in all i would say that yes imperialism/capitalism is much worse. It caused WW1 and every stitch of US involvement in South and Central America. Anarchy has its own spectrum from communal to centrist mutual to individualist.. It's based on people self governing and agreements. It is absolutely organic and from the ground up, unlike government from the top down. It's basically ultra libertarian.
