I'm not sure, but I think those might be the stock cookie-cutter wheels. My dad's '80 euro has cookie-cutters on it, although they do differ from the 944's because the gap is smaller, and they go out, not in like the 944.

Who knows though. What we do know is that it doesn't look nice with the decals :(

Looks like fun, but I'll never treat mine like that! Definiteley not stock though, as the 79 did not come with the S4 tail. Nevertheless the 928 will still perform the same in a stock configuration. I've scared myself a few times.
