She annoyed me so much, the "I want to die" was so repetitive, all the characters had their own changes and their storyline were epic, she however, wanted to die, in every scene, she wanted to die!

@Jdeadevil Even Megu went through changes over the course of the story. When we first meet her, she is uncaring of anything, and wishes for an "Angel of Death" to take her away so that she may stop being a burden on her family. When Suigintou appears, Megu thinks she is the angel she had been wishing for, and asks that Suigintou kill her by using up her life force.

@Jdeadevil However, as the series progresses, she becomes increasingly attached to Suigintou, so much that she becomes angry when the doll isn't there. While to many that may not seem like development, it shows that she cares about something in her life, even if she herself does not realize it. She went from caring for nothing more than dying, to caring about Suigintou - she had found a friend. And on that note, she initiated a change in Suigintou.

@qix03 Suigintou had always cared only for herself and Father (or atleast after the events of Overture, anyway). It was a huge change that she began to gather the rosa myticas, not to become Alice, but to heal Megu. They had become each other's best friends, even if they didn't see it as such. They each made their progression in the story by helping each other along, and that makes them my favorite characters.
