Hey dude, try making a glass sealed cell and hook it up to any vacuum on a cars intake manifold and watch what happens. Charge it for 3 min's, disconnnect power, start the car. It will continually give gas after 3 minutes of charging. The vacuum in the car's manifold will suck up gas even when not connected to power. Therefore vacuum=gas. Give it a try.

stainless outside is better i will add to a car and see what happends ive beend doing other things recently
