You are playing an outdated version...4.0 is final for Sega/Mega CD. :) It is finished but the build you are playing on is not. If thats what you meant then mind me.
@jerphunter Yes, I know. Actually the 4.0 version isn't final, the hack is still in production - look for the profile of SonicTweaker here on Youtube. I prefer to play the 3.0 simply because of the absence of loadings (and the fact that 4.0 doesn't have any big differences). =)
