This is interesting. Your second deal is pretty much Bill Simon's. It is very easy to learn, but a bit weak. Your bottom deal is very much the application of Simon's principle. Again, shockingly easy to do, but weak. However, it is more than good enough for a poker demonstration for a lay audience.
I'm curious if you developed this deal yourself. For those people complaining: when did you ever do anything you didn't take from Hugard or Erdnase (whether you know it or not)?
@otherwiseniceguys at last a few more thinking magicians passing through. I didn't invent this it was a trick I picked up when I first started, but like most tricks repeated viewing gives away the modus operandi, so I mixed it up with 2 other blags to get even more decpetive. some people really like it and take something from it, some people hate it, but the cognitive see it for what it is, p.s. big fan simon, kort, walton, so cheers for that. We get too clever nowadays
just stumbled upon this and it's just like my bottom. i decided to mimic a buddy's legit deal, as all good card sharks should i believe. I have tried all the others and i still prefer this method. tutorial or not, mechanics grip or not, if it works, it flippin works. the more amateur it looks the better. still haveing trouble with hangars. how's it going for you currently?
@drewnicely believe it or not but my mates don't notice this when we play cards, but they do when I perform a better bottom deal, or when I cull (don't worry I always hand the cash back at the end if I cheat at cards - despite the arguments that I ruined the game) sometimes I think the sloppier the deal the easier it is to cheat especially if I'm with new people who don't know me
@Luciano3415 believe me, this guy has no idea about bottom dealing, beacuse this isn't deceptive at all, check out jason england's bottom deal on youtube, or buy expert card technique to learn the real deal, I can do it 15 times better....
@CardistryArt your'e absolutely right, but it's not really a tutorial I just named it that to see how many hits vids get when you put lesson or tutorial in front of them, thanks for watching though & for a nice constructive comment for anyone else who may pass through
@python738 not sure what you mean wasn't really tutorial in the sense of the word more of a piss take, but if you took something away that you can use I'm a happy man
@WongFeiFox just watching and practising that move made you a worse card handler.... check out jason england's bottom deal, his vid will teach you the proper deal
@Mahucharn not really sure what you mean, this is a basic mathematical principle trick, only one movement in the whole trick (2 if your greedy like me) I'm sure using some sort of elmsley or ghost count it would be possible to achieve with 10 cards, but then you go into packet tricks and it steals away from the fact you had 52 to begin with. have checked out your page, same sort of style as me - no gimmicks anytime/place type of guy, keep it up and love the haters
have been checking out more of your tricks wongfeifox you do have a unique selling point I thought you had messed the trick up until the aces all jumped into your pile. very clever.
However Jingu3 is correct, the Milton Andrews book is a must for any serious practitioner (just ask the Professor) posthumously of course, or you could see a psychic
You should learn most of the flourish and tricks with the deck in your left hand. A bottom deal shouldn't have such awkward hand positioning. I recommend you check out Erdnase: the expert at the card table. Its a must have for any magician or gambler.
@jingu3 lmao, you obviously missed what I'm about. Once is a trick twice is a lesson. If you watch a few more of my vids you will see I don't do tutorials - I do lessons, ps. dont use the Erdnase method kids there are far better ways. (before anyone starts crying please read Martin Gardener's foreword to the Dover publications)

That's not a bottom deal. Looks more like an incorrect second deal.

It's funny when you deal yourself 4 kings, go all in. Then realise you just dealt someone else a straight flush/ 4 A's :P

@MrNascar83 I like tricks where it appears the magician has failed then uses a bit of hocus pocus to bring it back
