btw, i'm glad the dems are supporting the middle class. it's vital for the continuation of the existance of democracy. countries without a strong middle class have govts that are controlled by the very few - the rich, the powerful, the 'elite'.

When Hoyer's lips are moving he's lying. Any democrat that says there are no tax increases in a budget is practicing artful demagoguery. Democrats prefer to call tax increases "paying your fair share."

if only the repubs/bushites didnt spend without considering where the money would come from to cover their expensive policies and agendas. who did they think would pay for all of this? did they all grow up with rich daddies who kept covering sonny's expenses so that they grew up believing that spending money didnt require forethought and consequences? repubs dont seem to care what americans will have to suffer through in order to make up for all their historic massive debt.

Someone is going to have to pay for all of the unchecked spending that has gone on for over 6 years. Raise my taxes, so my children won't have to pay for their entire lives.
