@GalaxyKerudio An FM chasis would be a nice start then try using any of the rear motored chasis. for rear motored chasis, the best bets would be super x, super xx, tz-x, vs and super II. MS chasis would be the best challenge that I can think of with a perfect 360 degree balance.

ultra dash is the fastest motor in tamiya and plasma sucks it requires higher mah batter but not fastest ULTRA DASH IS THE FASTEST MOTOR IN TAMIYA MINI 4WD

that car is quite slow, u should play crazy just like in Indonesia. haha I'm an indonesian too, but I don't mean to insult. you should make it 2wd, make it super light, change rollers, motor, gears, tires and many more.

use gear wheels. front use rubber and back use sponge rubber = weight. sponge = stability.

as for the motor i use ultradash. my top speed was 75km/h until it stops increasing due to extensive usage at 60 km/h.btw to have this top speed you would need another extra connecter at the batt both front and back. and rimember don't use plasma for competitions. its just nice.

btw u need at least 3 cars... bcos u need to use them for either speed track for most stright lines... medium speed for steady car for tactical course. last one use everything ballbearing. but slow motor. hyperdash will do. i prefer plasma for slow. ultradash for fast. dip motor in WD40 for 3 days. and use normal batts and let it run till batts die. cool down for one day. (dry run) in shops use rechargeables it to run track and use your instincts for modifications in diff situations. trust me.

use metal rollers (aluminium) as your front. don't put to outwards of the front carbon fiber use metal ball bearings as your weight. don;t use weights. bend little forward your rollers to the front and as for the back ,use two aluminium rubberrized rollers. as for thr front?? take out the rubber. you'll be number one... from a person who won 5 awards. 3 gold 1 silver one bronze for 10 years. not easy though... im 26 this year

add weights, and if you can, slant your front rollers so that they tilt forward. umm, that is done by sanding your chassis at the place where you put your rollers. Also, if its technical course, rollers at front bigger to stabilise it.

im nt a pro at the slanting stuffs. if weight adding,ive add 1.ive use 2 19mm roller at the back bumper.and a smaller metal roller at the front.

if you're buying those motors, then you can use energizers but it is best to buy high capacity rechargeable batterries cause some motor are too strong, energizers cant even make the car move at all! the highest capacity batterries so far is the sony NIMH 2700 MaH. i hope this helps...

If u find a Tamiya rechargeable battery that would be best for these Mini 4wd's speed devils or Sanyo but energizer works well 2. U can buy 1 in any Tamiya stores or Tamiya dealers.

Plasma is faster than Ultra dash, but require rechargeable battery.

use rollers that have ball bearing on the middle, low center gravity chassis, use thin tires. if you wanna go faster, make yourself a motor, it will be 2 to 3 times much faster than ultra dash motor and use rechargeable batteries. hope this helps...

hm.. those are old chassis, we no longer using it. try TZ-X, VS, Super-X chasssis those are good. The latest chassis is mid-ship (MS), the motor is located in the middle of the chassis.

Hey eelen did u see when the fast cars went for their second lap they would always fall cause they wer pickin up to much speed i no cos i was there and finally made 3 laps

Yeah, the second and third laps usually will slow down, due to the track was bigger than the previous race, boosting the battery voltage drop very fast, and the wave sections also can slow down the car.
