I had the power commander installed on my 2010 yamaha vstar touring 1300 with cobra pipe install--but it started acting up afterwards and got worse over a few days. i notice it says on the kit "for racing only" could it have messed up my main computer on the bike?

Do u know if I can put this power commander to Yamaha YZF-R125 since it has fuel injection and not carburetor? :D I thought I saw somewhere that PC III goes for R125 09 and later models, what do u think? :D

You put the tank rod in backwards the tank can and will fall that way

This clip makes it look easy. I've got 2k8 gsxr 750 and let me tell you-PIA to install. I had to remove entire gas tank to gain adequate access and the pink tps wire is burried crazy far under a bunch of crap. That said, I am not a professional mechanic.. However, well worth the aggravation-much improved performance.

Its always a PIA to install at first but once you have done the job 2 or 3 times it becomes a peice of piss from there on in, Its all about repetition. Glad you got there in the end because as you said its well worth the hassle.
