@nBREAKHD I read trough it. On xda developers forum there is a "Cranium" ICS (Ice Cream Sandwich) custom build firmware. Really really cool!

Latest rc1 isn't laggy. And yes, screencast can cause Lage suddenly.

The lag is the phone itself..y would the recording program lag all of sudden ? galaxy s is one of the worst phones I have used not android in general but galaxy s2 on the contrary has a gig of ram thats cool...
