I have found the following method has helped me 100% when I have had Nasal Congestion and difficulty with breathing. I simply use a good dust mask that fits over my nose and mouth. The warm air and the increased humidity always clears up my breathing problem quickly. I can reuse the same dust mask again if I keep it clean in storage. I don't know if this congestion is the same as Asthma, as I have never asked a doctor about it. Maybe others could try this and find out if it also helps them.

Weed can cause panic attacks, which is not good for an asthmatic, but everyone reacts different to weed, but I suggest you use a vaporisor atleast when using weed or make into tea or oil.
