TOH, there are scientists who claim that this is just a natural formation. 1. they claim that there is no pattern of metal (just random), or 2. no metal. Why? Because pattern indicates manmade. Further, this formation has a limestone outcropping that pierces it. The formation itself isn't limestone. You can tell by looking at some of the footage. Additionally, my contribution is merely going to the site with a metal detector to test the claims. Your words are somewhat disparaging.

If the flood happened, the water which was added to the oceans and caused them to rise above the mountains was likely fresh--from rain and the aquifers.

So, what we're talking about is fresh-water and salt-water fish in water that is much less salty than our current seas but a little saltier than rivers and streams.

Salt water fish live in water which is denser than their tissues. Salt fish body cells are constantly losing water to their environment so they are always drinking water to get fluid. Their kidneys work really hard to get the salt out. Freshwater fish have cells less dense than the water around them so they being flooded with fluid. Freshwater fish don't drink any water but are constantly urinating to get the excess water out.

Because there is no metal there whatsoever, only volcanic basalt rock which contains enough iron oxides to set off the metal detector...this is mixed with dried mud, which causes the randomness of the readings..independent metal scans did NOT reveal the uniform pattern that Vortex here claims is there.
