@zstan90 The A55, like the NEX-5, has an omni-directional mike which picks up sound from all directions, making it situable for general event and documentary-style work. Fortunately it has an audio input jack, so you can choose a shotgun mike which makes the angle of audio much narrower.
@toxotis70 The aperture used was F3.5. Whenever the A55 records video with autofocus on, it will use F3.5 even though the lens is capable of F1.8 (unless the lens is darker, say F5.6, then it will use F5.6.)
