In this case its a australian comercial with japanese speaking japanese :D aaaaand an end that was , in the original, english but wich was syncro i german so the german viewers get the joke:D.

And yes, it is a show where they present funny commercials from all over the world. But since Germans aren't that good with other languages (trust me on that one), they have to translate everything.
