The old 'tons of apps that will not work' is ancient history. Had very few problems... Nokia only do a partial back up on Macs, & not Linux; some USB internet dongles are a little complicated to set up in Linux... but few others. For almost everything there is a free Open Source Linux alternative, that avoids the MS race to the bottom...
Even FBI director said DO NOT BANK ON WINDOWS, he actually suggested running Linux from a CD, no way can anything be written to your computer then! See "hardware/time-to-ditch-windows-for-online-banking-and-shopping" on the ZDnet blogs for more info & .... some discussion.... Ubuntu is much more straight forward and safer to use than Windows, much much much. If you don't like it, you still have the security blanket of the Windows OS still sitting there.
This is actually Malware, AVG etc blocked it. Totally support the Mac & Linux campaigns. Macs need about 10x less support than Windows, Linux would be near the Mac end (been low level Windows, Mac & Linux support for about 15 years now, cannot understand why anyone would use Windows, unless their income depends on it's vagaries needing paid support.... If you don't like a Mac, you can put Linux on your computer as a free 2nd operating system!
@iTzCrazySnipa11 stop calling me stupid ass. i wrote that comment 11 months ago, did you notice?? dickhead!! avira didn't block that site. and, i didn't know about that website 11 months ago. so fuck off.

@lilwaltdh:
I AGREE THIS IS SOMETHING TO BE CAREFUL OF!
Who tested these cleaners? Why not post that information right on the video id there is nothing to hide.
Best, least potential for damage, and safe is "ccleaner" from piriform.com
