Cute - but I still would not put my hand near its mouth.

I looked for Monk Seals because I saw the news that the Caribbean Monk Seal is now officially extinct.

Yea this mama was a bit testy and rejected the baby once it was born. It is now being raised in captivity to be released later.

Also I heard about the Caribbean monk seal extinction. I hope they found a secluded caribbean cove out there in the vast ocean.

Well that's what us humans say. however i bet they are in some carribbean bar where only the extinct can drink. Swigging dark rum and laughing out loud at the headlines that claim they are extinct.

....at least I hope they are!
