Hooyah! Go Navy! The Navy is the best branch! Best Special Forces by far, and they can be anywhere in the world in a very short time for anything from Humanitarian efforts, to sending F/A-18 Super Hornets on a bombing run on an enemy position. And they also have the best football team of all the Military Academies.
Question: With the British Navy's Invincible Class Aircraft Carriers, they use four stabalizers to keep it level even on rough seas, (5 degrees off, and nothing flies), what do American Aircraft Carriers use? The same technology?
Always liked American tech, some of the best in the world in most cases. I'm just thankful the UK and the US are never going to go to war, (hopefully).
I've had wonderful tours in the US Navy. It kind of disappoints me that the Navy has changed so much, where they do force retirements after 20 years. I will try to make these last 3~5 years count!
At 0:55, that is a Joe Rosenthal photo of the Marines standing on Mt. Suribachi on Iwo Jima in World War II. That was the original picture that Rosenathal thought would be famous, not the one of the marines n the one corpsman raising the U.S. flag.
I served on board the uss charles f. Adams DDG 2 forward fire room. from 1980-1982 she had a hell of a good crew and i miss it and i miss my self from that time, i was a BT type one each. thanks for the clip, first in class second to none chappy out.
they wnt let foreigners join as of right now theirs to mant people in right now. i just joined yesterday and now im waiting for my ship date. it was hard to get a job beacause their to many people in. so if you want to join you might end up being on a really long waiting list.
Hello, I am a 19 year old English lad. And I have been thinking about my future prospects. I would like to know what oppurtunities I would have in joining the US Navy and gaining American citizenship. Can someone from over seas join the US Navy? I mean im sure allot of latin americans joing the US forces all the time. Would I be able to? Please get back to me If you know how I could do this. Cheers.
I'll be damn the charlie duce i served on her 80-82 FRWD F/R hotter than hell I/O and Mayport Rocks and thanks for the tribute and yes its true the U.S. Navy kicks ASS!! F with the best die like the rest.
alot of people talk shit about the navy im a Marine corps man But i was in the Navy cadets and because of that i can join the Corps two ranks higher. Plus when i get shot the Corpmans gotta help my ass.
If a US navy standard destroyer went against fighters at sea who would win? How many fighters can a destroyer hope to hit down before it gets sunk and how many bombs from the fighters does it take to put the destroyer out of action?
As Leuitenate Major in charge of defence of Singapore, I have been on many a battleship. So I consider myself Army/Navy.
Very nice video =]
And I dont want to see any terrorist bastards post on this video, but if they do, they will be on the ground getting beaten into the dust by patriotism, and the heart of our patriotism will plow they're worthless taliban corpses into the ground.
I am wondering, what would be my chances of being stationed in Japan if I join the navy, army, air force, or marines? which one would have the highest chance?
navy right now the navy has a fleet over there and a but there is a army base over there as well so its mostly what you want to do and how good you do in boot camp cause that how you pick where you want to go
im in the navy, i work on computer systems and flight controls in the jets, and also taking college courses in flight physics, i am aiming to get a commission and seeking flight school. best of luck to you

nope you have to be an american citizen, so first get citizenship then ya can join
X46RAPTOR 2 years ago
You can join the military as a foreigner, and get your citizenship that way. I believe you have to serve 2 years to become a citizen, 2 or 4 years.
sbmillionair 2 years ago
You don't have to be a Citizen to join but you must be a permanent resident alien then once you get in you can apply for citizenship right away.
