  • @sred14 those are not fake weights they make the "clink" noise becasue there is not clip holding them together and the reason he dont have clips on his bar is because there is no spotter there and if he needs the weight off you lean the bar so the weight can come off with out hurting ur self

  • Actually if you look he's got two 45's on each side and what looks like a 25 and a 10 on each side. That adds up to 295 with a standard bar, or 300 with a power lifting bar. Still funny though how he talks to himself. Pretty strong though.
