Oh, that WA.

I remember an on-line discussion about the best way to cycle between Victoria and WA. Confusion reigned until they sorted out which WA and which Victoria.

I've bicycled on the freeway in WA, too - up from the Nisqually Valley to Dupont, on I-5; also down from Snoqualmie Pass on I-90.
